Orders are processed same day within 24 hours and ship out by end of business day. Our cut-off time is generally 5PM GMT Monday - Saturday. For more shipping information please visit our Delivery & Handling page.

Although we are based in the UK we do indeed ship globally please refer to and visit our Delivery & Handling page. for estimated costs and shipping times. Final costs based on quantity of items and weight will be calculated within checkout. Due to increased delays in shipping times we cannot guarantee a specific timeframe however you will receive full tracking information to track your shipment after it has been sent.

Yes we only use non toxic dyes here at Bomby - We work very closely with our suppliers to ensure that they meet the most stringent international standards.

If you have placed an order and it has not yet shipped please do reach out as soon as possible either via our live chat or our contact us page here to swap to another colour of your choice. If however your order has shipped and in transit, we unfortunately cannot perform an exchange until the initial purchase has been sent back to us un-opened and un-used in the condition it was received (new). Please refer to our returns policy here for more information.
